Eleonora Alloggio

Eleonora Alloggio currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer and Group HR Director at ILLVA SARONNO HOLDING S.p.A. since September 2025. Prior to this, Eleonora held several positions at Campari Group from March 2018 to September 2025, including Head of HR for the Global Houses of Brands, HR Director for Global Business Partner Marketing and Commercial Functions, HR Director for Italian Operations, and HR Director for the Italian Market. Eleonora's experience also includes serving as Regional HR Manager EMEA at Luxottica from December 2013 to February 2018, HR Manager for Enterprise & Vodafone Global Enterprise and HR Business Partner at Vodafone IT from July 2011 to November 2013, and HR Business Partner at Borsa Italiana - London Stock Exchange Group from January 2006 to July 2011. Eleonora began the career as an HR Specialist at Deutsche Bank in 2005. Educational qualifications include degrees from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in 2004 and 2005.
