Agnese Sergi Sergas

Agnese Sergi Sergas has extensive experience in quality control and food safety within various sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Control specialist at illycaffè since December 2020, Agnese previously worked at GioVINOto in food and beverage products, and at Sifra Est as a Quality Control Technician, focusing on finished products and raw materials. Additional experience includes conducting traffic surveys for the Municipality of Trieste with Sintagma and participating in a gluten-free product project at farma&co. Previous roles include managing quality documentation and supplier evaluations at AFG Packaging and serving as a Global G.A.P. Auditor at Check Fruit. Agnese holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Udine and has completed relevant advanced training in Agribusiness and food safety standards.
