Annalisa Zannoni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Annalisa is currently working at illycaffè as the Global Digital App Product Lead, where they oversee the app agile team, manages backlog, and prioritizes user stories. Annalisa also analyzes the app market and defines the product, develops relationships with stakeholders and vendors, tracks business KPIs, and utilizes Google Analytics for app reading and reporting.
Prior to their current role, Annalisa worked at Nike from 2013 to 2021, holding various positions. Annalisa was responsible for integrating the Nike App into the digital platform and served as an Integrated Retail Manager. Annalisa also worked as a Sales Account Executive, Southern Europe Running Digital Brand Manager, and Digital Running & Women's Brand Manager.
Before joining Nike, Annalisa served as an Academic Tutor at Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna in 2013 and as a Client Manager at O-one from 2010 to 2013. Annalisa started their career as a Store Manager at Librerie Feltrinelli from 2007 to 2009, where they managed the shop's operations, handled orders and finances, and supervised human resources.
Annalisa Zannoni holds a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed in the academic year 2009-2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Communication, specifically Scienze della Comunicazione, from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2000 and 2006. In 2019, they also obtained the OMCA™ Certification for Online Marketing Associate Test Prep from LinkedIn.
