Barbara Boasso has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of digital content marketing, brand PR, and social media management. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Digital Content Marketing at illycaffè, where they are responsible for creating and distributing communication and product campaigns across different digital platforms. Prior to this, Barbara worked as the Global Digital, Brand PR & Content Marketing Manager at Barilla Group, where they designed and executed global digital content plans and brand PR strategies. Barbara also has experience as a Docente Master Social Media e Digital PR at Istituto Europeo di Design and as the Head of Content & Social Media Team at DOING. Previously, Barbara held roles as a Content & Community Manager at HAGAKURE and as a Web Editor at Conde Nast. Barbara has also worked at Furla and Aeffe S.p.A. - Alberta Ferretti in sales and press officer intern positions, respectively.
Barbara Boasso has a diverse education history. In 2003, they obtained an Academic Degree in Marketing & Communication from Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM. Barbara went on to pursue a Postgraduate degree in Brand Management at IULM University from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, Barbara completed a Workshop on Cool Hunting at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
