Diego Pedroli has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies throughout their career. Diego began their career as an intern at BRIKO S.p.A, where they supported the National Key Account for Market and Budget Analysis. Diego then moved on to P3 srl, where they worked as a Planner & Controller. At Sistemi Unicars SpA, Pedroli served as a Buyer for Finished Products from the Far East, handling tasks such as budgeting, planning, logistics, and market analysis.

Pedroli then joined OSRAM AG, where they held several senior management positions. Diego started as a Buyer and eventually became the Purchasing Manager at the company's headquarters in Milan. Diego was also the Purchasing Manager for OSRAM Italy, where they transformed and consolidated the local organization for purchasing goods, services, logistics, energy, investments, and finished products. Pedroli later became the Senior Director of Global Purchasing Goods & Services, overseeing various categories and establishing a global organization. Diego also served as the Senior Director of Purchasing Europe, responsible for consolidating and enhancing the procurement organization in Europe.

Currently, Pedroli is the Procurement Director at illycaffè, where they lead the strategic and operational management of procurement and logistics, excluding green coffee. Diego has implemented new tools, methods, and processes to improve efficiency and introduced the Procurement Excellence Program to support the company's global growth initiatives.

Diego Pedroli earned a Master's Degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Torino, starting in 1990 and completing in 1996. In 2004, they also completed an Executive Master in Purchasing and Supply Chain from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
