Paola Manfredi

Paola Manfredi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paola currently works at illycaffè as the Head of Global Logistics since November 2023. Prior to this, Paola spent a significant part of their career at Safilo, where they held various positions. From July 2017 to November 2023, they served as the EMEA Logistic Director. Before that, they held the role of Product Creation Planning Associate Director from January 2015 to June 2017, reporting directly to the Chief Product Design and Creation Officer. Paola also worked as the Head of New Collection Planning, Master Data, and Rendering departments from January 2010 to December 2014 and as the Head of Product Design and Industrialization from March 2001 to December 2009. Prior to joining Safilo, they worked as a Project Manager at Speedline Srl from October 1997 to February 2001 and as a Quality Manager at Safilo from April 1996 to September 1997.

Paola Manfredi holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova, which they completed between 1988 and 1995. In 1995-1996, they pursued another Master's degree in Logistics from CUOA Business School. In 1998, they attended AGI - Goldratt Institute for project management, though no degree is mentioned. Recently, in 2021-2022, Paola obtained another Master's degree in eCommerce, Supply Chain & Operations from 24ORE Business School.
