Sandra Erazo has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sandra started their career in 1994 as a Brand Manager at The Gillette Company, where they worked until 1999. Sandra then joined Webhouse as the Director of Account Management, and later moved on to Atkins as the Director of Business Development. In 2003, they joined Mondelēz International as a Brand Director, focusing on new product development for the Beverage Division. After that, Sandra worked at Godiva Chocolatier, where they held the positions of Director of Global Innovation and Global Director of Innovation. Sandra then briefly worked at Innovative Cosmetics Concepts (INCOCO) as the Director of Marketing before joining illy caffè North America, Inc. in the same role.

Sandra Erazo holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Economic and MIS from NYU Stern School of Business, completing their degree from 1985 to 1989.
