Virginie Raucoules

Virginie Raucoules is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for Germany and Austria at illycaffè since November 2022. Previously, Virginie held the position of HR Business Partner DACH at Lucid Motors for a brief period in 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at KONUX from November 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR processes and talent acquisition initiatives.
