Minna Hakkarainen

Minna Hakkarainen has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Director of Insurance Services and Director of Customer Experience at Ilmarinen since March 2018. With a focus on customer service, Minna has held several leadership roles, including Head of Customer Service and Program Director at Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company from October 2014. Prior experience at Ilmarinen between January 2002 and October 2014 includes positions such as Head of Department and Development Manager. Minna holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Jyväskylä (2012-2015) and a Philosophical candidate degree in Mathematics from the University of Helsinki (1984-1989).
