Tero Lehmusvaara

Tero Lehmusvaara is an experienced legal professional specializing in tax issues related to investments, currently serving as Team Lead for Legal, Investments, and Tax at Ilmarinen since April 2020. Responsibilities include tax structuring, due diligence, international corporate tax, and overseeing tax disputes. Prior to Ilmarinen, Tero held the position of Senior Tax Manager at KPMG Oy Ab from March 2005 to April 2020, focusing on international corporate tax and transfer pricing while advising international investors on real estate acquisitions in Finland. Tero's career also includes experience as a Lawyer at Attorneys-at-law Eino Patoila and as a Tax Official at the Uusimaa regional tax office. Tero holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Helsinki and participated in an Erasmus program in Tax Law at Univerza v Mariboru.
