Juha-Pekka Weckström is currently the CEO of Ilmatar and has previously held CEO positions at Helen, Digita, and Realia Group. Prior to that, Juha-Pekka had various leadership roles at Telia Company and Sonera. Juha-Pekka also has experience in private equity and software development. Juha-Pekka holds a M.Sc degree in Technical Physics and Industrial Economics from Aalto University, and has also attended graduate programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School.
