Derek Vollebregt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position as the VP Customer Success at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management, they are responsible for overseeing customer success initiatives. Prior to that, Derek held the role of Member at Pavilion, contributing their expertise to the company. Derek served as the Director of Customer Success at Poka Inc., where they played a crucial role in managing customer relationships. Derek also worked at Axonify, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to roles such as International Customer Success Manager, International Partner Manager, Interim Customer Success Leader, and Global Reseller Director. During their time at Axonify, they successfully built and executed business plans, facilitated strategic partnerships, and provided leadership to sales reps and customer success managers. Before that, Derek acted as the Host for TechWaterloo Event Series at TechToronto, organizing and hosting events in the tech community. Additionally, they founded and hosted The Global Shuffle podcast, conducting interviews with individuals from various countries and backgrounds. Derek also served as a Global Partnership Manager and National President at AIESEC International, leading teams and managing budgets. Derek began their career as a McGill Basketball and Volleyball Announcer at McGill University. Throughout their career, Derek Vollebregt has demonstrated their strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results.

Derek Vollebregt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours - International Development, with a minor in Business, from McGill University. Derek also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology, earned between 2017 and 2018. Additionally, they completed a Business Analytics Specialization online program at The Wharton School in 2016-2017. Derek Vollebregt has also pursued executive education courses, such as Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers at the Schulich School of Business - York University and a Professional Development Course on Leading with Emotional Intelligence at the Canadian Management Center. In 2021, Derek obtained an Erickson Solution-Focused Coach Certificate from Erickson Coaching International. Derek also holds a certification from Chief Customer Officer School, obtained in January 2023 from Pavilion.
