Jessica Ezer has a strong work experience in marketing and demand generation roles. Jessica currently works as the Director of Demand Generation at iLobby® Visitor Management, where they lead efforts to apply smart technology and powerful insights to simplify complex processes and provide organizations with greater control over their facilities, employees, and visitors. Before joining iLobby, Jessica was a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Forma.ai, where they used a scientific, model-driven approach to help enterprises design, execute, and optimize sales compensation. Prior to that, they served as a Demand Generation Lead at Kira Systems, where they managed a team and executed numerous campaigns worldwide. Jessica also spearheaded the launch of a bestselling book called "AI for Lawyers" written by the CEO and CTO. Jessica started their career as a Marketing Associate at Synaptive Medical, where they collaborated with clinicians and healthcare systems to integrate innovative products and services. Jessica also gained experience as a Growth & Innovation Intern at Veritas Communications and as a Summer Administrative Student in the Marketing & Business Development Department at Torys LLP.

Jessica Ezer completed a Digital Marketing Certificate at BrainStation in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Queen's University, graduating in 2014. Before attending Queen's University, they attended Neuchatel Junior College from 2009 to 2010, where they completed their high school education.
