Carlos German Carreño Romano

Carlos German Carreño Romano is a seasoned Photonics Engineer currently employed at iLoF since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Optics Design Engineer and department leader at Stämm Biotech from June 2021 to March 2024, and as a Technical Expert in Data Analytics at Huawei from January 2020 to June 2021. Carlos has also held roles at Universidad de Buenos Aires as a Tesista and at Telecom Argentina focusing on research and development in technology architecture. Previous positions include Data Architecture at Cablevisión - Fibertel, strategic planning at LIGHTBODIES, service management at DLA, Inc., and research support at the Grupo de Láser. Carlos obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, completing studies between 2008 and 2019.
