Ksenia Prozhogina

Ksenia Prozhogina is an experienced professional in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at iLogos Game Studios since December 2022. Previously, Ksenia held the position of Chief of Staff at 3DLOOK from September 2021 to December 2022, and was a Managing Partner at K.People while simultaneously founding Fasta.City from March 2020 to December 2022. Ksenia's earlier roles include HR and Communication Director, HR and Legal Director, and HR Director at MHP S.A. from February 2013 to February 2020, as well as HR Director at Fromageries Bel from April 2008 to February 2013, and HR Manager at Nemiroff from October 2003 to January 2008. Ksenia completed a master's degree in human resources at Kyiv National Economics University from 1999 to 2004 and has further education from the Aspen Institute Kiev.
