Rachel O'Dea

Rachel O'Dea is a seasoned professional in corporate affairs, currently serving as a Senior Adviser at Iluka Resources since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Adviser in Corporate Affairs at Iluka Resources and as an A/Principal Policy Officer for the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA. Rachel has also held leadership positions in the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, including Executive Manager of the Office of the Deputy Director General for Resources and Project Facilitation, and a Project Officer focused on Battery and Critical Minerals. Early career experience includes serving as a Labour Relations Adviser at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from The University of Notre Dame Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
