Vishnu Kadekodi

Vishnu Kadekodi is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical engineering and project management within the mining and minerals sector. Currently serving as the Quality and Engineering Manager for Refinery Operations at Iluka Resources since September 2022, Vishnu previously held the role of Principal Mechanical Engineer at Iluka from 2011 to 2021, where significant contributions included establishing a Mechanical Engineering discipline and overseeing project engineering for various plant designs. Prior experience includes positions at Metso Corporation as Engineering Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer, where Vishnu was responsible for equipment selection and proposal development for iron ore processing, and earlier roles at JSW Steel Limited, Hy Grade Pellets Limited, and KIOCL, focusing on pellet plant projects and material handling systems. Vishnu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University.
