Jörg Zentgraf

Jörg Zentgraf is an accomplished IT architect and technical advisor with extensive experience in smart automation and business process management. Currently serving as Bereichsleiter Smart Automation and BPM Practice Lead at ilum:e informatik AG since July 2015, Jörg has demonstrated expertise in driving innovative IT solutions. Prior to this role, Jörg dedicated 15 years to IBM as an IT Architect, contributing to various projects and initiatives. Jörg holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
