Soni Endlich Leite

Soni Endlich Leite currently serves as Gerente de Inovação Tecnológica at ILUMITECH, a member of Grupo LARA!, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Soni was Gerente de Operações e Projetos at Diel Energia, where from April 2021 to November 2023, Soni led the implementation and management of energy efficiency projects for clients including Santander, Rede Raia/Drogasil, and Grupo DASA, overseeing a team of 35 and coordinating with 112 partners across three major operational areas. Soni's earlier experience includes serving as Gerente Consultor and Fundador of Endlich Soluções e Projetos, focusing on continuous improvement and energy efficiency projects, and holding positions at PCE Engenharia as a technical analyst and at Oi S.A. as an intern. Soni holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, as well as a Técnico degree in Informatics from Colégio da Cidade.
