Katherine Vargas

Katherine is a professional in Social Communication from the Universidad de la Sabana and a specialist in Organizational Communication from the LUISS Business School, Rome, Italy.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources Area, leading different talent management processes in companies such as Citibank, SGS, Alpina, among others; for different countries in Latin America.

Before joining Ilumno, he was Human Resources Manager at Politécnico Grancolombiano, one of Ilumno's allied universities. With Korn Ferry International, she participated in the Program for the Development of Competitiveness and Productivity, and became certified in Leadership Architect ®, Voices 360 ° ® & Interview Architect ®. At the University of Notre Dame she obtained her certificate in Strategic Change Management and with the RBL Group she participated in the Human Resources Value Proposition program.
