Florencio Garcia

Florencio Garcia currently serves as the Head of Business at ILUSIAK, responsible for defining and executing business strategies aligned with organizational objectives since March 2025. Previously, Florencio held the position of Senior Business Manager at Optimissa from February 2019 to February 2025, overseeing office management, account handling in Corporate & Investment Banking, strategic direction, commercial follow-ups, and IT service development. Additional roles at Optimissa included Senior Manager responsible for regional expansion in Santiago, Chile, and business generation initiatives. Earlier experiences include serving as a Project Manager at Banco Sabadell, focusing on solution implementation, and working as a Software Engineer at Indra and everis on various projects. Florencio is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at EAE Business School and holds a postgraduate degree in management skills and business leadership from Universidad Loyola.
