Micaela Cosgrove

Micaela Cosgrove is a dedicated PhD researcher at the Instituut voor Landbouw-, Visserij- en Voedingsonderzoek, focusing on the effects of silicates, biochar, and organic matter on crop performance as part of the C-Farms Project. Previously, Micaela served as a Project Officer for the European Landowners' Organization, coordinating various projects with effective stakeholder communication. Early career experiences include internships at the Global Water Partnership and Climate-KIC, along with roles as a Disability Support Worker and in retail management. Micaela holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioscience Engineering from the University of Antwerp, along with various degrees in Agricultural Sciences and International Development, showcasing a strong foundation in environmental studies and sustainability.
