Siavash Farahbakhsh

Siavash Farahbakhsh is a Senior Researcher at ILVO, specializing in Socio-Economic Modeling for the Circular Economy since October 2019. Additionally, Farahbakhsh serves as a Contract Lecturer at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, focusing on Agent-based Modelling and Network Thinking from March 2020 to September 2024. Farahbakhsh completed a PhD in Management and Economics at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano between 2015 and 2019. Previous roles include various visiting researcher positions and scientific researcher positions at institutions such as the National Research Council of Italy, University of Southern Denmark, RWTH Aachen University, TU Chemnitz, and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Farahbakhsh holds a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology.
