Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialists to join our expanding team. The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in our sales department, responsible for generating and managing leads, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential leads through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. Conduct initial client consultations, understanding their needs, and presenting our solution. Collaborate with the business development team to conduct product demos and close deals. Ensure all leads are accurately tracked.

Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating and converting leads in your market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural problem-solver. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred or equivalent experience.
