Greg Boothroyd

Greg Boothroyd is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at IMA Financial Group, Inc. since September 2025, Greg previously spent seven years at Vail Resorts in various leadership positions, including Vice President of HR Business Solutions, where responsibilities included directing HR for the Mountain Division. Prior HR experience includes serving as HR Director at Whirlpool Corporation, handling HR for North American Commercial operations, and leading critical initiatives in talent development and diversity. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Strategy and General Management and a BA in Sociology, both from the University of Michigan.
