He has successfully led multiple organizations through complex programs and major digital transformation initiatives including Enterprise Technology Transformation Programs, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Data and Analytics, Application Rationalization/Modernization, Cloud Transformation, eCommerce, Digital Marketing and Workplace Modernization.

Matt and his wife live in Denver, CO along with their 3 daughters. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree with honors from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, with a concentration on Computer Information Systems.
