Nirmala Rani Das is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history in HR management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Assistant HR Manager and previously as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Image Infotainment Limited since June 2016, Nirmala has developed strong skills in HR operations. Prior to this role, Nirmala worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from December 2014 to May 2016. Nirmala holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and HR from Aurora's PG College, acquired between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Computer Science from St. Joseph's Degree & PG College, attended from 2008 to 2011.
