Scott Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott has worked in various roles and positions.
Scott started their career as a Lecturer at the University of Western Australia from 1992 to 1994. Scott then moved to Flinders University in 1995, where they worked as a Lecturer for a brief period.
From 1995 to 2005, Scott worked at Sola Optical as the Manager of Sensory Research & Optometric Technology Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sensory research program and developing innovative products related to vision research, optometric research, and retail technology.
In 2005, Scott joined Carl Zeiss Vision, a leading ophthalmic products company, as a Senior Research Scientist. Their main responsibilities included technology commercialization, optometric research, and new product research and development.
From 2009 to 2010, Scott worked as a Consultant at IDP Education Pty Ltd. In this role, they focused on business systems concept development, intellectual property consulting, and technology commercialization.
In 2010, Scott joined Image-Line Software as the Communications & Marketing Manager. Scott later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in March 2019. Image-Line Software is a privately held software company that specializes in audio production and music performance software.
Before all of this, Scott also had a role at digifish music from 2002 to 2010, where they worked as a developer of customized, copyright cleared audio and music tracks, sound design, and audio branding services.
Scott Fisher received their Bachelor of Science with Honors in Perception & Psychophysics from The University of Western Australia. Scott attended the university from 1985 to 1998.
