Vered Cohen Sharvit has extensive experience in software and algorithm development, primarily in the medical technology industry. Vered has held roles as a VP R&D at Image Navigation Inc, where they managed a multi-disciplinary team and designed platform products. At Kyma Medical Technologies, they analyzed and developed algorithms for measuring lung fluid content, respiratory rate, and detecting various heart conditions using RF signals. Vered also co-founded ZRRO Ltd. and served as the Director of software and algorithms, where they developed tracking algorithms using capacitive sensors. Prior to that, they worked at Tactile, Quantomix, and Denx, where they researched, developed, and assimilated algorithms for medical imaging, computational geometry, and machine vision.
Vered Cohen Sharvit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Physics from Tel Aviv University, which they earned between 1996 and 1999. Vered also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Vered has obtained various certifications, including one in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2018, and several others related to different aspects of machine learning and neural networks.
