Nikki Oliveri

Nikki Oliveri has a wealth of experience in customer success and account management roles. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Director, GTM Strategy & Operations at Image Relay | Certified B Corporation\u00ae. Prior to this, they were Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success at LinkSquares from 2019-2021. From 2016-2019, they were Manager of Account Management and Senior Account Manager at InsightSquared. From 2014-2016, they were a Senior Account Manager at Localytics. From 2010-2014, they held various roles at Brainshark, Inc., including Customer Experience Manager, Program Manager, Advisor and Customer Success Representative. From 2009-2010, they were an Executive Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and from 2008-2009, they were an External Affairs Coordinator at The Esplanade Association.

Nikki Oliveri obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics between 2004 and 2008. In June 2021, they also earned a Customer Success Leadership Certification from Sales Assembly.
