Le Jen Carlson

Jen Carlson, LE has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jen currently serves as a Business Development Manager at IMAGE Skincare since January 2022. Before Estée Lauder, Jen was a National Trainer at Sybaritic Global Aesthetic Solutions from October 2007 to May 2008. In this role, they provided training and sales support for medical spa equipment and successfully upsold laser aesthetic devices to physician practices, med-spas, resorts, and day spas.

Earlier in their career, Jen worked as a Nonprofit Management Specialist at Young Life from January 2000 to November 2007.

Jen is recognized for their excellence in curriculum development, adult learning, training, and team leadership and development.

Jen Carlson, LE has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, which they obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they attended the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis and received an Esthetics License, specializing in Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care in an unspecified year. Jen also obtained the certification of Esthetician [Instructor] from Aveda in January 2006.
