Elise Miller Hoffman has a diverse work experience. Elise began their career in 2011 as a Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Washington University in St. Louis. Elise then moved to TrackBill in 2014 as a Marketing & Sales employee. In 2015, they worked at Gallup as an MBA Consulting Intern, at Oriens Investment Management as an MBA Consultant, and at World Trade Center St. Louis as Research Lead - St. Louis Market Assessment, where they conducted a market assessment of the St. Louis region's export activity. In the same year, they also began working at Cultivation Capital as a General Partner, Principal, and Analyst. In 2020, they became an Investor in Residence at Washington University in St. Louis, Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Foresite Healthcare, and Board Member at Agathos. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at ImageMover.
