Douglas Bracher has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Network Technician at Fiserv-Galaxy 2000, where they installed and supported Novell networks for credit unions, resolved PC problems for credit union clients, and installed and supported Metafile Optical Archival program. From 1999 to 2006, they worked as a Network Analyst at Marcomm Enterprises, where they acted as IT support staff for small to medium sized businesses throughout Metro Detroit, maintained daily upkeep of the LAN/WAN infrastructure, and configured and installed new systems. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a System Analyst/WiFi Engineer at Troy Tech Services, where they planned, designed and installed wireless LANs and wide area WLANs, provided support for MS Windows based server environments, and installed CCTV and IP surveillance cameras and DVRs. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Systems Administrator VOIP Engineer at Technology Solutions, where they were the project manager of Shoretel VOIP installations, helped with helpdesk support of VOIP and data customer base, and was a dedicated onsite network administrator of MS Windows server based networks. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have worked as a Technical Support Engineer at ImageSoft, Inc.

Douglas Bracher received their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University between 1991 and 1996. Douglas also holds four certifications from Proxim Wireless, obtained in February 2007, and a certification from Shoretel University, obtained in July 2010.
