John Crum

John Crum has a long and impressive career in the technology field. John began their career in 2002 with the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman. In 2006, they joined Forest City Enterprises as an SAP Jr ABAP Developer, Tech Support Analyst/SAP Application Support, and Senior Scanner/Indexer. In 2011, they joined Hyland, creator of OnBase, as a Team Lead, Quality Assurance, Senior Test Technician, and Technical Support Analyst. Finally, in 2019, they joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Senior System Upgrade Specialist - Team Lead and System Upgrade Specialist. In each role, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as coding changes, oss note implementation, training new employees, mentoring team members, and working on process improvements and documentation.
