Suraj Moraje is a seasoned executive with significant experience in leadership and organizational transformation. Currently, Moraje serves as Co-Founder of The Eka Fellowship, focusing on career development for young individuals. In addition, Moraje holds the position of Independent Director at Ashiana Housing Limited. Previously, as Group MD & CEO at Quess Corp Limited, Moraje led a major transformation of India's largest process outsourcing services company, achieving significant growth and recognition. A former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Moraje has extensive experience in tech-led transformations across Asia and EMEA. Moraje holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.

At Eka, we work with our Fellows from the end of the 8th standard until they secure their first jobs, to enable and support quantum outcomes in career and life through tailored and holistic support. The program is offered free of cost to our Fellows, except for transportation costs to our physical workshops and communication costs for virtual interactions. Through our Eka Fellows, we aspire to empower a cadre of young thriving individuals to break through layers of social mobility and life outcomes.
