Jason Darrow, CIP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason began their career at Trader Joes in 2001, where they held the position of Mate. In this role, they were a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing 90+ employees. Jason'sresponsibilities included customer service, merchandising, in-store marketing, leader and staff development and training, human resources, inventory management, and safety. Jason excelled in this position for over 20 years before transitioning to a new role.
In 2017, Jason joined Black Hills FC as the Head Soccer Coach. During their tenure, they led the soccer team and successfully managed their training and performance. Jason's coaching skills and dedication contributed to the team's success for almost five years.
Currently, Jason is employed at ImageSource, Inc. as a Project Manager. Jason joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Jason Darrow completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004 at the University of Washington, where they pursued a degree in History with a focus on US History and obtained a Teaching Endorsement in the same field.

Lastly, in October 2022, Jason successfully passed the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) examination offered by the Scrum Alliance.
