Shelley Goetz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shelley currently works at ImageX as a Senior Business Analyst, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tesserac User Experience Design Ltd. from 2016, where they held the roles of UX Designer, Information Architect, and Digital Strategist. At Tesserac, Shelley helped small to medium-sized web clients by strategizing, planning, and designing user-friendly websites.
Before joining ImageX and Tesserac, Shelley worked at Zilleem, LLC as a Project Manager from March 2020 to July 2020. Shelley also gained experience as a Digital Strategist and UX Designer at Signals Design Group from January 2019 to March 2020. Shelley'sresponsibilities included managing internal business affairs, handling accounting, finance, and legal matters, as well as managing website projects for both paying and pro-bono clients. Prior to this, they worked at Carrollton Mortgage Services, A Division of Bay Bank, FSB as a Loan & Marketing Coordinator from May 2008 to May 2012. In this role, they managed approved mortgage loan applications and assisted various stakeholders to ensure a smooth origination process for home buyers.
Shelley Goetz began their education at Lincoln High School in Lincoln, RI, where they completed their secondary education from 1996 to 2000. Following high school, they attended Towson University from 2000 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General.
In addition to their formal education, Shelley has acquired several certifications to further enhance their expertise. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in "Accessibility: How to Design for All" from The Interaction Design Foundation. Prior to that, in April 2021, they received a Membership Certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). Furthermore, in January 2017, Shelley acquired an Inbound Certification from HubSpot, followed by a certification in Growth-Driven Design from the same institution in December 2016.
