Luis A. Duarte

Luis Duarte is the Co-Founder and CEO of Amoofy, a position held since January 2024. Duarte also serves as a Portfolio Advisor for Imaginable Futures and was previously a partner and Chair of the global investment committee from January 2020 to December 2023. Additionally, Duarte is a Global Board Member for B Lab, chairing the Finance Committee, and is involved as Chairperson of the Board at ParentPowered Public Benefit Corporation, a Board Member at Innovation Edge, Ticmas, and fidu, and formerly held the role of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Gary Community Ventures. Furthermore, Duarte has experience as a Senior Advisor for Colorado Impact Fund and served as Chief Philanthropy Officer at ZOMALAB. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a cum laude Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by a diploma in the Entrepreneurial Management Program from Tulane University.
