The Leadership Team at Imagination Stage is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of the organization, ensuring the alignment of artistic and educational programming with the organization's mission of inclusivity and accessibility. They oversee critical decision-making processes, manage key relationships with stakeholders, and provide governance and financial oversight to support the organization’s wide range of theatre arts programs for young people.
