Joe Caruso

Joe Caruso is an experienced leader in content production and creative operations, currently serving as Head of Content Production at Imagination since November 2019. At Imagination, a global creative agency, Joe designs and builds brand experiences aimed at delivering business growth for clients. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of Operations at Mindfield from June 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing creative operations and integrated production across various media, while providing strategic vision for growth. Joe's career also includes a tenure at Doner from March 2008 to May 2013 as EVP - Director of Integrated Production and Content Studios, where leadership focused on integrating production and studio operations into a cohesive, billable business unit.
