Head Of Employee Experience at Imagination

Lucy Corderey has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 with a role as a Strategy and Logistics Placement at Sainsbury's. In 2013, they joined Imagination as an HR Assistant, later moving up to become an HR Advisor and then Senior HR Advisor. Lucy then took on the role of HR & Development Manager, followed by the position of Senior People & Culture Manager. Currently, Lucy is the Head of Employee Experience at Imagination.

Lucy Corderey pursued their education at Bournemouth University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, they attended the University of Westminster, completing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with CIPD.
