Pawel Pieczul is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Engineering Services at Imagination Technologies since December 2024, Pawel previously held the position of VP AI Engineering at Graphcore, where responsibilities included overseeing teams that implemented AI solutions utilizing Graphcore products in the cloud, as well as establishing Graphcore Engineering in Poland. Prior to this, Pawel dedicated over two decades to Intel Corporation in various capacities, culminating as Director of Engineering. Pawel's work involved leading teams focused on firmware development, validation, and customer engineering for Intel® SSD and Intel® Optane™ products, among other significant technology initiatives. Pawel's career began with software engineering roles in companies such as Mikrotel and The Factory, complemented by a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
