Caroline Carleson

Caroline Carleson is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Imaginative Design Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lace Laboratory from April 2022 to August 2024 and worked as an Investment Associate at Nordic Capital between February 2021 and March 2022. Caroline's earlier experience includes multiple consulting roles at Roland Berger, spanning from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant from August 2017 to February 2021.
