Ryan Magiera is an experienced educator and poet with a diverse background in teaching, coaching, and community service. Currently serving as a Teacher in Residence for the Boettcher Teachers Program at Coronado Hills Elementary in Thornton, CO, Ryan also holds a Master's candidacy at Adams State University in Elementary Education. Additional roles include coaching basketball for the Colorado High School Activities Association, working as a Lead Humanities Teacher for the Aim High summer program, and serving as a Counselor with Imagine!, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. Ryan has contributed to various educational initiatives as a Teaching Fellow and Academic Program Lead at Citizen Schools and previously as a Lead Instructor at Ninde Scholars.
