Audra Kosh

Audra Kosh is a seasoned psychometrician and research scientist with extensive experience in educational assessment and psychometrics. Currently serving as a Senior Psychometrician at Imagine Learning since June 2023, Audra previously worked at NWEA and Edmentum, where responsibilities included leading research teams, developing psychometric specifications, and executing research agendas for various educational programs. Audra's early career featured roles at MetaMetrics, Inc., and Westat, along with teaching mathematics at Prince George's County Public Schools. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and multiple degrees in mathematics and anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and American University.
