Caitlin McKenzie is an experienced educator and connector with over 18 years in K-12 education and nonprofit sectors. Currently, Caitlin serves as a Senior Product Design Director at Imagine Learning, while also consulting for nonprofits and K-12 district systems. Previously, Caitlin has held key roles such as Senior Director at EL Education, Lead Teacher at Irmo Middle School, and Master Teacher in the Florence 03 School District, leading initiatives to foster equitable educational environments. Caitlin is pursuing a Master's degree in Language and Literacy at the University of South Carolina, having also earned a postgraduate degree in Curriculum Studies from the same institution and a Bachelor's of Science in Integrated Language Arts from Ohio University.
