Elayne Safir

Elayne Safir is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at CNN since September 2023, where leadership of a cross-functional team has led to innovative digital experiences for a global audience. Prior to this, Elayne held the same position at NBCUniversal focusing on the design of the Peacock streaming service, and led the centralized Product Design, User Research & Strategy team at WeWork. As a co-founder and Chief Product & Design Officer at Eforia, Safir was instrumental in developing mission-driven storytelling tools for sexual wellness. Additional significant roles include work at Helm, The Knot Worldwide, XO Group Inc., Anthropologie, and Pixable, showcasing expertise in UX, product strategy, and comprehensive design across various platforms. Education includes studies at The New School and OCAD University.
