Karen Gosnell

Karen Gosnell serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Imagine Learning since April 2022, providing strategic support and HR operational guidance to over 500 employees. Previously, Karen held the position of Advancement & HR Director at Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy, where responsibilities included managing full-life cycle recruiting and employee relations. As the Human Resources Director for Regents School of Austin, Karen directed HR functions for the largest private school in Austin, managing annual recruitment and employee performance evaluations. Karen's career also includes roles at St. Jude Medical and Entaire Global Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, compensation policy administration, and benefits coordination. Karen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Paralegal Certification from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science from Harding University, along with a Professional in Human Resources Designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.
