Ericka Morgan possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles in prominent organizations. At PNC, Morgan served as SVP, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the Retail Small Business Banking division and collaborating closely with executive leadership. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Morgan developed recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Rosetta, where strategic HR initiatives were crafted for senior leadership, and as HR Business Partner at National City Bank, driving business and HR initiatives. Morgan began a career at Cleveland Clinic Health System as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Academically, Morgan holds an MBA in Business and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a BA in Health Services Management from Ursuline College.
