Tim Vanfosson

Tim VanFosson serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Imagine Learning since May 2022. Previously, Tim held the position of Head of Product Engineering at HomeValet from September 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included creating and managing a remote engineering organization for the HomeValet Platform and its associated technologies. Tim’s tenure at Nerdery spanned from April 2012 to August 2019, with roles as .NET Domain Lead and Software Architect, focusing on engineering growth and project execution. Earlier in Tim's career, from January 1985 to April 2012, significant contributions were made at The University of Iowa as Lead Application Developer and Manager of Computing Support. Tim holds a Master of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Iowa.
